The Homework Habit
I'm not sure what I was thinking by collecting at least one homework set from each of my classes today. (OK, I was thinking that they would forget everything over the weekend unless I gave them a lot of work.)
Each of my classes has a distinct personality, and another difference revealed itself today in the three large stacks of paper sitting on my desk.
There are the fewest smokers in the class for Education majors.
Both the gen-ed classes have a lot of smokers. The 8am class tends towards regular cigarettes while the afternoon class has a sizable contingent that favors clove cigarettes.
The afternoon class is setting itself up to be mocked.
