If you've ever considered turning your hair purple but were not completely committed to the idea, I can recommend Color Pulse. While, yes, it is marketed to a demographic that I do not belong to, it does deliver on its claims: bright color that washes out within a week and a half. Not only does it wash out of hair, but it also washes off of bathroom surfaces and out of towels and robes.
