Because There Weren't Enough Math Classes That Consisted Entirely of the Instructor Reading the Textbook to the Students
After reading what he wrote about the price of textbooks, I finally got around to looking at some of the extras that come with Stewart and decided to see what's on the CD-ROM that came with the book. I've already looked at the big binder, which is entirely reasonable although really quite large and unwieldy.
The .pdf version of the binder is probably the best thing on the CD-ROM.

The powerpoint version of the text, however, is one of the worst ideas to hit calculus class since... um... ever.
