Encouraging Bad Service

I'm thinking of upgrading my NetFlix service because it's so slow. Since I live in the sticks, it takes two days (each direction) for my movies to travel between me and NetFlix. So with four days of transit, one day to watch, the fact that NetFlix doesn't ship on weekends, and assorted glitches, my typcial turn-around time is at least a week.

If I upgrade, I can have another movie at the house while the previous one is plodding its way through the postal service. But if I upgrade, am I telling NetFlix that I'm willing to spend more money so that they don't have to put a shipping facility in my area?
