I Don't Work Everyday
Today was a day of doing little things. I got a haircut (that I like very much). Inspired by the bra-making blog (and my propensity to buy what I'm told by the internet), I went to the Pfaff dealership and bought a narrow edgestitching foot. I have some plan in the back of my mind that I will start sewing my own bras due to my inability to find anything in my size in the stores (or, really, my inability to figure out what my size is!). Since I was in the crafty part of town, I went to Joann to buy more remnants and trims and buttons and whatnot to make more clothes for the iPod. Then this afternoon I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for an hour while listening to the Joe Frank podcast that I'd downloaded the other day. Between those various tasks I have been ripping my CDs to my hard drive. I now have 1026 items in my iTunes library, and I have about 16 more CDs to go before I'm done with my favorites (at which point I will have to go back and start working on the rest of the collection).
