Cats
I really want a cat.
Unfortunately, I live in the House of Asthma, and cat ownership and emergency room visits go hand-in-hand.
Some googling pointed me to Allerca and their $5000 cats (well, $4000 cats with $1000 shipping and handling). First instinct upon seeing their web site: total scam. Looked like it was run by one guy out of his garage and partnered with some backyard breeder to selectively breed cats that produced less allergen. For that much money I'd want genetically modified knock-out cats or some other high technology solution. Selective breeding? So very old-school.
So I continued googling and found that the purveyor of these kittens also tried to produce glow in the dark deer.
Still no cat for me, I guess.
