Not One of My Favorite Things About the South

We have way too many mosquitoes. And now I have a welt about half an inch across on the inside of my wrist. I was sitting on my porch, minding my own business, working on my new knitting project (a mohair cowl) when the stupid mosquito bit me.

One of the many things I adored about California? No annoying bugs.
