Hooray for the eBook
Today I finally caved in and installed Adobe Acrobat Reader on my computer, after doing JUST FINE relying on the PDF capabilities built into the OS without any third party support.
Alas, but the eBook version of the calculus text requires the Real Adobe.
Downside: more third party software fucking with my computer.
Upside: I can now take screenshots of the graphs that I want to put in my Keynote slides. Also, if I want to talk about homework problems in class, I can use the eBook to show the pages on the projector.
