Oh Wait, I Have Something Else to Complain About

Sometimes a student will send me an email from their official our-school.edu email account, and I will click on "reply to sender" and write back to the student's official our-school.edu email account, and my reply will bounce with the error "Status: 5.0.0 550_No_such_user_."

This happens for more than one student in my class.

I claim that this reflects poor design in the implementation of our multi-million dollar Exchange server.
