Technology Decides My Fate

I've been having trouble with email sent to my Dartmouth alumni account lately. Some messages show up as empty. Attachments can't be saved or read. Seems to be a problem with information making its way from Hanover to here.

So I decided to Rebuild Mailbox.

Now the mailbox is entirely empty. Every message in that inbox has vanished.

I'm going to use this as an excuse to not deal with the 20 or so messages that were in my inbox. Don't tell anyone, but I probably can still access those messages from my office computer (probably via file sharing and grabbing them out of ~/Library/Mail) and from my phone.
