Dessert is my Favorite Part of Any Meal

Didn't make anything too fancy for dinner. Used lasagne noodles broken into pieces as fake pappardelle. Sauteed some faux chicken strips with frozen artichoke hearts and a jar of fancy Italian mushrooms (and added some garlic-chili paste). Easy and yummy.

The Topologist made lemon bars. They were awesome. He makes the best desserts.

After taking a bite, I turned to him and said, "These are way better than Jeremy Martin's lemon bars."
