A Warning to Colorful Mammals

Maybe you didn't luck out like birds and reptiles and salt-water fish and your natural coloration tends towards shades of tan and brown. But you may be lucky enough to be part of a species that has overcome this limitation through the invention of hair dye and tattooing. (Or you might be my ex-housemate Lynn's guinea pig who was dyed blue with food coloring.)

Beware, colorful mammals, if you come to my math department!

I was minding my own business photocopying the calculus exam, and Professor Oscar Madison used my somewhat blue-purple highlighted hair as a starting point of a full-on rant about the hair dye and tattoos sported by a student who he had in class almost a year ago.
