One More Week
One week from today, I leave for Cambridge, MA to spend my summer up at MIT.
The good news is that I'm more than 95% done with the preplanning that I was supposed to accomplish. The bad news is that I'm still not done. This is what I have been doing instead of blogging. My colleague is "the stalker" and I am "the spammer." You can't even imagine the number of messages in my sent messages folder.
On the bright side, my database is telling me exactly who to spam.
I wince every time I see email in my inbox -- is it good news or bad news. I can't really deal with any more bad news.
And I've been having headaches every day.
I really need to pull myself together so that I will not be burned out at the beginning of my summer job.
