More Fun with Textbooks

The good book rep sent me a TOC of a book entitled "Topics in Contemporary Mathematics." The book has a section called "Egyption, Babylonian, and Roman Numeration Systems."

The whole process of choosing a textbook is horribly frustrating, as I have a bias towards teaching about mathematics that was developed in the past 200 years.
