Yes, it's true, I spent an hour making a worksheet and a quiz for the class that I am teaching that I will quite possibly never teach again. In fact, I have a worksheet leftover from last spring that I can recycle, and I don't really need to give a quiz, as the "quiz-homework" part of the grade is pretty much free points.

Also true: I have not yet graded the previous quiz.

Transitional: Possible collaborator for New Job is suggesting that I should do something with Alice. It is unclear to me if Alice is just a stupid waste of time (my initial impression) or whether it is the modern answer to Logo. When I was in elementary school I loved Logo.
