Awesome Gadget-Fussing

Yesterday I followed these directions, and I now have my entire To Do list (for work) displayed on the desktop of my work laptop. Now every time I look at the screen, I see my To Do List. This is way better than any widget.

Did I spend more time than necessary choosing a desktop picture and font color/style for the list that meet my aesthetic requirements? Possibly.
