Things I Did Today Instead of Taking the Kindly Offered Advice About My Network

This morning I went to a wedding for people who I don't know. In fact, I only knew one person there. You know that's my favorite kind of social event. Not.

This afternoon I sewed clothes for my iPod. I made her pink fleece pajamas and a black outfit to match the computer bag. The black outfit is a corset! If I had it to do over again, I would have stabilized the windows on the black with the lining fabric instead of with fusible interfacing. I was hoping that the interfacing would fuse nicely over all my raw edges, but instead it was slightly disappointing. (I did it sort of how you might do a pocket opening -- but without the welts.) Overall I'm pleased with how they turned out. Next up I will knit her a sock. Or I might use the rest of the pink fleece to make a matching clutch for the computer.
